This project consisted of the renovation of many areas of this 6,000 SF 1930’s Country Manor style house. Over the course of evolving renovations, which included new slate roofs and custom windows, the existing garage and family entrance were redesigned and expanded to include a new mud room/entry, an additional garage bay and a new stair connecting basement through 2nd floor.

A new wood paneled home office/study was created from an existing room and several bedrooms were reconfigured to provide additional space and improved circulation. The basement level was completely redesigned, creating a kitchen/dining area and a large family room, opening on to new exterior terraces. An additional garage bay was added and the adjacent raised exterior patio spaces were reconfigured connecting to the lower rear yard and various terraced levels.
